making recommitments with Reebok.

earlier this week on IG Story, i chatted about the importance of recommitting to my goals. i try my best to review my yearly goals at least once a month, but sometimes being extremely busy gets the best of me because i’m just human. i’m definitely one of those people who thinks i can only recommit at specific times: a Monday, the beginning of the month, the New Year, etc. however, i’m throwing that perception out the window! there’s no time like the present to focus on things that are important {health, business goals, being a well-rounded human being, etc}, so i’m diving head first into goals i first committed to at the beginning of the year.

my recommitment:

-working out 4-5 times a week {a mix of BBG and SoulCycle}

-robbie started last week and i’m joining him this week on Whole 30-inspired eating habits. no ‘diet’ here, just trying to make better eating decisions and primarily cut out sugar,  processed foods, and ‘bad’ carbs.

-read at least one book a month.

-post Monday, Wednesday, Friday blog posts. i’ve really slacked the past 6 months, but moving forward {and into the holidays} i will be more consistent!

Reebok is helping me keep my exercise recommitments this week! i took my new PureMove Bra out for the ultimate test: SoulCycle. this workout is easily one of the sweatiest, and not only did it pass with flying colors in that category, but also in the support category. i have a large chest, and finding a good, supportive sports bra can be challenging. the PureMove Bra fits like a second skin and moves with you. it’s made with an innovative Motion Sense fabric that adapts to the intensity of your workout! so cool, right?! the Reebok PureMove bra comes in sizes XS-XXL, but also includes half sizes so that means double the options for sizes! i’m wearing the large here and it fits like a glove. i felt supported and on my A-game during my ride!

it’s Friday and i’m pretty damn proud of myself. i’ve worked out every day this week, stuck to eating clean {although the sugar cravings are REAL}, and have posted consistently. it’s never too late to recommit to your goals and get back on track! just my little words of wisdom! xx

    I love your action plan! Way to go. I have always been a fan of Reebok. My go-to when I taught aerobics in college!

    I am rooting for you. I get on and off the bandwagon myself, I am constantly having to get back on. I have just recently stopped feeling bad about myself when I fall off. I just get back on, no sad feelings attached. Rougeonfeet.com
